TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for being a valued member and customer of Oppiya Learning Company, LLC (“Oppiya”). These Terms of Service govern the use of Oppiya.com on your computer or mobile device.

What we Provide. Oppiya delivers educational enrichment worksheets for K-­‐6 learners that can be used in any educational environment, including your home or school. This service is provided on an “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind that the service will fit your needs, generate any particular results, be free of errors, be uninterrupted, be accurate or be secure.

Copyright. Our worksheets and our Website are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws which you agree to abide by. You may not resell our worksheets, post them on other sites, publish them in a book, store them, share them externally, or create derivative works.

Individual Membership. Your individual membership login and password are valid for your personal, non­‐commercial use in your home. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and may not share your membership with individuals outside your home. Your membership is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non­‐licenseable, revocable membership.

School Membership. Your school membership login and password are valid for use by teachers in your school only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and may not share your membership with other schools or teachers outside your school. Your membership is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non­‐licenseable, revocable membership.

Membership Renewal. Your Oppiya membership will renew annually, using the payment details on file for your account, unless you cancel it or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews every year to avoid being billed. We have enabled this feature in order to prevent disruption in your service, and the date that your subscription will automatically renew is provided in your account center. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your renewal.

Email Communications. You agree to receive our email communications relating to customer service, educational blogs, product offers and other matters. You may opt out some of this email correspondence by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails or by visiting your account center.

Limitation of Liability. You expressly agree that Oppiya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our service.

Indemnity. You will indemnify and hold harmless Oppiya, its affiliates, officers and/or employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to or use of our service.
